Tunduk Hostel - Bishkek

The location of the hostel is convenient, being close to the center and offering easy access to Korean restaurants. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens, ample toilet paper and soap, and a great common area for socializing. guests can enjoy recreational activities such as sandpag, pingpong, and pool.

Some guests have mentioned that the mattresses in the rooms are uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing experience at Tunduk hostel! The building was beautiful and the staff were helpful. When I arrived, they didn't have the room I booked, but they quickly found me a different room that wassuper clean and cozy. The location was great, close to restaurants and the botanical garden. The girl at the front desk spoke perfect English and was able to assist me with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and they even had a swimming pool! Despite a few minor issues, like limited bathrooms, the overall service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to stay here again in the future. I had a great stay at Tunduk hostel.

We had a warm and friendly welcome at the hostel, with the owner going out of his way to make us feel at home. the breakfasts were fantastic, and we loved the beautiful garden and stunning mountain views. the hostel provided a clean pool for cooling off and a lovely area to hang out in during warm summer evenings. the private room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

There were some communication issues with the staff, as there was no English speaker available to provide accurate tourist information. Some guests also mentioned that there was a lack of organized activities or suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area.

We loved the peaceful location of the hostel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It provided a relaxing atmosphere and was conveniently close to a local bazaar and supermarkets. the private room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering assistance with tour bookings and providing valuable information about the country. We also enjoyed spending time in the well-kept garden and pool area, perfect for cooling off.

There were a couple of negative experiences during my stay. One incident involved a driver on a tour I took through the hostel who made inappropriate comments, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I had a fantastic stay at Tunduk. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The shared areas were perfect for meeting other travelers, and the big garden and swimming pool were a great way to escape the Bishkek heat. The value for money was excellent, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hostel!

The swimming pool at the hostel was amazing! It was a great way to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring. The staff, especially Azema, were helpful and were really nice too assist me when I had food poisoning. The facility itself was massive and very well-maintained. Despite being a little far from the city center, there were plenty of transportation options nearby. I had a wonderful stay at Tunduk Hostel and would highly recommend it to others.

the hostel is well, equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool which was perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. the staff, who spoke English, French, German, and Russian, were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist and offer travel guidance. They could easily arrange transportation to any destination and provide recommendations for interesting places to visit. the location of the hostel is also ideal, with buses and marshrutkas accessible within 5, 10 minutes, allowing easy access to the city center, grocery shops, and the Ortosay market. Tunduk will definitely be my go, to accommodation when I return. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

This place is great! the staff is awesome and they offer lots of tours and information about the surrounding area. the rooms are nice with AC and some even have a great view of the mountain ranges. the pool and garden are fantastic, perfect for relaxing. the breakfast is good and they have a kitchen you can use. They even have a ping pong table and a cozy space in the garden.

The bathrooms may not always be perfectly clean or maintained.
